马放 教授,男,44岁,环境科学与工程学科工学博士,博士生导师。1986年毕业于辽宁大学生物系,1989年获环境工程工学硕士学位, 1998年获环境工程工学博士学位,现任哈尔滨工业大学市政环境工程学院环境科学与工程系系主任。长期从事污染控制微生物学的教学和环境生物技术应用研究,先后主持或参加了国家攻关项目“饮用水臭氧化生物活性炭技术”,省优秀青年基金项目“组合式厌氧-好氧工艺处理高浓度有机废水的研究”,省重大科技攻关项目“有机废水发酵生物制氢技术”,国家自然科学基金项目“废水厌氧生物处理中硫酸盐还原菌的生态学研究”,以及国家“973”、?“863”项目等,并获国家科技进步二等奖1项,省部级科技进步一等奖1项,二等奖4项,三等奖1项,出版著作8部,发表论文100余篇,专利7项,2005年黑龙江省杰出青年基金获得者,国际臭氧协会会员,中国微生物学会会员,黑龙江省给水排专业委员会委员。?? ???长期从事环境生物技术、污染控制理论与应用,微生物生理生态学与分子生态学等方面的研究。先后主持或参加了国家攻关项目“饮用水臭氧化生物活性炭技术”,黑龙江省优秀青年基金项目“组合式厌氧-好氧工艺处理高浓度有机废水的研究”, 黑龙江省重大科技攻关项目“有机废水发酵法生物制氢技术”、“水污染治理生态系统与工程”,“寒冷地区污水处理回用新技术与示范工程”、国家自然科学基金项目“废水厌氧生物处理中硫酸盐还原菌的生态学研究”,以及国际重大合作基金项目“污水脱氮除磷新理论、新工艺及过程控制”,国家科技攻关项目“国家小城镇评价指标体系研究”,国家“973”“项目”“发酵法生物制氢高效菌种产业化技术” | |
“863”项目“南方饮用水保障技术”等60余项,并获国家科技进步二等奖1项,省部级科技进步一等奖4项,二等奖8项,三等奖3项,出版著作10部,发表论文100余篇,专利13项。在国内外率先开发出“固定化生物活性炭(IBAC)技术”、“生物相分离技术”、“复合型生物絮凝剂”。 2006年黑龙江省杰出青年基金获得者,2005年获黑龙江优秀博士后荣誉称号,2002年华维教育奖金获得者。任中国给水排水编委、化学工业出版社北方图书编辑部总编、全国二氧化氯专业委员会秘书长、国际臭氧协会会员,中国微生物生态专业委员会副主任委员,中国自然资源学会资源循环利用专业委员会副主任委员,中国环境微生物学术委员会委员,黑龙江省给水排专业委员会委员。 ???多年从事教学工作,教学经验丰富,先后为本科、研究生开设10多门专业课及专业基础课,在学生评教中受到好评,由其主讲的《污染控制微生物学》获黑龙江省教学成果二等奖,其主编的《污染控制微生物学》教材获黑龙江省第十届优秀图书二等奖,由其主编的《污染控制微生物学实验》教材被多所高校采用,并对从事微生物专业、环境污染治理、生物工程专业、环保工作的人事,具有很好的指导性作用。
???本人非常注重人才的培养,经过多年的不懈努力,已形成一支富有创新精神和可持续发展的学术队伍,梯队成员包括环境工程、环境科学、化学与化工、生物学等专业人员组成,形成了基础研究和应用基础研究及产业开发有机结合的研究体系,近几年来已培养博士生8人,硕士生30人。培养出一批高素质复合型人才,已成为国家环境保护领域的骨干力量。 近年来本人主要在水污染控制、生物制氢、复合型生物絮凝剂的开发与应用研究、工程菌的构建及生物增强技术、固定化生物活性炭技术、生物相分离技术、污染环境的生物修复、污水处理全流程资源化等方面取得成果,已达到国际领先或先进水平。尤其是在复合型生物絮凝剂的开发与应用研究方面已取得了显著的成果,形成产学研一条龙,并将自主知识产权的高技术成果实现了产业化。 EI收录的文章

杨基先副教授,男,43岁,环境工程工学硕士,环境工程在读博士。1987年毕业于东北师范大学生物系,生物学理学学士,2000年环境工程硕士,主要从事生物工程技术在污水及给水处理中的应用研究,主要研究方向为生物絮凝剂的开发与应用、人工固定化工程菌的筛选、驯化,实际工程中的的微生物生理生态学及运行效果的研究。曾参加省科委、市科委攻关项目各1项,目前参加在研项目国家高技术研究发展计划(863计划)项目1项,黑龙江省2002年度重大科技攻关项目1项,获黑龙江省科技进步三等奖1项,主编出版教材和科技书籍4部,发表学术论文20余篇。中国微生物学会会员。
